We had the pleasure of staying with the new owners, Wendy & Damon for a little over 4 weeks. Our stay was the BEST! It’s very apparent they take great pride and joy in running their business. The changes they’ve already made are gorgeous and impressive. They’re both so friendly, respectful, hardworking and show such appreciation for their guests. We HIGHLY recommend the Can Am Inn to everyone who plans a trip to the area. I know my family will book a room anytime and every time we’re in the area!
Very homie like atmosphere. I was highly pleased with the clean room and friendly staff. Would recommend anyone to stay a night or 3. Looking forward to staying again in the near future.
The new owners (Wendy and Damon) are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They were very attentive for the duration of our stay, and the hospitality was out of this world. Our room was cleaned daily, linens refreshed, etc.
A rambunctious hockey team was there for the weekend as well, and they did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. I could tell the two of them are very hardworking individuals as everywhere we went in town people knew their name. They hold down the fort often as they have the “I wouldn’t ask my staff to do anything I do not do” attitude. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone just crossing through or visiting. (I also recommend the Tavern on the lake! Very good pizza.)

Sadly we will not get to stay here as planned do to a family emergency. I do however want to let people know how amazingly helpful & kind Wendy has been while trying to figure out our stay, even when I had to cancel. If you get a chance I defiantly recommend to support this local business!

We recently stayed at the Can Am Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean. We definitely will be staying there the next time we are in town.

The new owners were very welcoming, flexible, and helpful, even helping me unload my carload of baggage in the rain and taking it to our room.
